2008 Race for the Cure
Thank you Northeastern New York! On Oct. 4, you helped us put on our biggest Race for the Cure yet.
5K Run - 2,376 (the most runners we've ever had)
Walk - 1,698
Sleep In - 348
For a total of 4,420 participants!
Up to 75 percent of the net revenues raised will fund local breast cancer programs in 11 upstate counties that include the Capital District. A minimum of 25 percent of net proceeds will fund the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Award and Research Grant Program.

You helped us raise over $250,000 in revenues and over 4,500 people participated in the festivities of the day.
