Each year since 1995, a corps of volunteers have come together to make the Komen NENY Race for the Cure a success. No paid employees make this race happen.

There are so many ways that you can help. Whether you volunteer a few hours each week, or pitch in on race day, every bit helps and is greatly appreciated...not to mention, the feeling of being involved in the race is undeniably amazing!

The Komen NENY Race for the Cure increases in size each year, as does our need for volunteers. We can't do it without YOU! Most volunteer opportunities involve standing, and could involve moving and some lifting. There are very few volunteer opportunities that involve sitting!

To volunteer to help with the race, you must complete the Komen Volunteer Participation Form and Release.
